All content, branding and software associated with Abhyasika remain our property or that of our licensors.

Limitation of liability

Abhyasika is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website.

User Consent, Student Communications, and Anti-Spam Liability

By using the Abhyasika platform, the User (Reading Room Owner) agrees to receive automated communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. Furthermore, Abhyasika provides tools for the User to send automated fee reminders and seat updates to their respective students. The User strictly warrants and confirms that they have obtained explicit, legally valid consent from their students before adding student phone numbers into the Abhyasika system. Abhyasika acts solely as a technology provider and message conduit. The User assumes full liability and indemnifies Abhyasika against any claims, Meta API bans, or penalties arising from unauthorized messaging, spam complaints, or failure to comply with local telecommunication laws (including TRAI regulations) and Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.
